Henderson Immigration Law is a client-focused immigration and refugee law firm located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Founded in 2024, the firm aims to deliver excellent representation to immigrants and refugee claimants as they adjust to life in Canada.
Jeremy Henderson, the firm's principal lawyer and founder, is a member of the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers (CARL) and the Refugee Lawyers' Association of Ontario (RLA).
The firm is dedicated to serving clients of all means. If you are interested in immigration or refugee legal services and require financial assistance please reach out to us. We are able to negotiate payment plans so that you have access to quality legal services when you need them, even if you don't have the financial resources to pay for them upfront. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Legal Aid certificates at this time.
